Yorkville BassMaster Series XS800H 800W Bass Head Silver Grey
Yorkville
What truly sets the rackmountable XS800H amp head apart from the rest of the class is its versatile input circuitry that allows the player to select between an all-tube input signal path, or bypass the tube completely and use a FET driven solid-state input circuit. True tube overdrive can be added to either clean' signal path you choose, using an innovative balance control that allows you to set the perfect blend of overdriven to clean signal. This ensures that you can add as much grunge or as little tube warmth' as needed while maintaining the definition and clarity of the clean tone. A solid-state power stage ensures ample pure clean power at the output.
Innovative tone-shaping controls like Scoop' and Bass Resonance' are standard on the BassMaster XS800H as well as a compressor with user definable threshold and user defeatable output limiter. A 5-band EQ, with semi-parametric mid, ensures the user can find any tone they need.
The unique variable contour Scoop function sweeps from a flat frequency response through a mid-frequency dip at 400 Hz. As you increase beyond the 1 2-way point on the control you begin to boost both the top and bottom end to your tone, in addition to further reducing the midrange level.
The unique Bass Resonance Control, when used with a high quality and responsive loudspeaker, like our XC808 allows the player to dial in the exact bass response from their rig that they want to hear, from a tight and punchy tone to a looser, more vintage bass sound. The Bass Resonance control actually controls the damping factor of the amplifier's output stage, and allows the player to take full advantage of the tone of a loudspeaker enclosure.
The dual fan cooling system integrated into the XS800H amp head completely negates the need for heavier heatsinks. Well placed intake/exhaust vents allow the two cooling fans to immediately draw all extraneous heat away from the amplifier ensuring the amplifier will not overheat even under the most extreme live conditions. Highest quality fans were chosen to keep noise to an absolute minimum. The lack of heavier heatsinks used in most amplifiers allows the weight of the XS800H to be reduced to a staggering low 25lbs, virtually unheard of for a 3 rackspace (3U) 800W bass amplifier. It is a full 4.5 lbs lighter than it's little brother, the XS400H. A front panel tuner/mute switch is standard on the XS800H head. This mute kills the signal to the amplifier (and DI output) for tuning, and mutes the rig between sets.
Other professional features added to the Yorkville XS800H include highly visible VU metering of the output signal, a front panel wet/dry control for the footswitchable tube drive, footswitchable effects return with front panel wet/dry blend control and a pre/post selectable XLR balanced DI output with ground lift. High power handling Speakon extension speaker cabinet outputs have been added in addition to the 1/4-inch phono jacks commonly used on ins click here for more information... |

Yorkville BassMaster XM200TC 200W 2X10 Bass Combo Black
Yorkville
The full sounding XM200TC bass combo with dual 10" speakers plus a tweeter combines ease of use with great sound. It produces 200 watts of power and has 4-way active tone controls that offer simple yet effective tonal flexibility. The Scoop control improves on the contour button used in the past.
The XM200TC Scoop is a user controlled tone shift that adds additional bottom end, increased high end, presence and a notch in the midrange, offering a whole new tone palette for the bassist. Unlike the Contour' button used in the past (basically a contour on / off switch) the Scoop control allows the player to control the overall depth of the effect.
Professional bass players will appreciate the fact the XLR balanced direct output is selectable pre or post EQ, and a tuner output has been added to the XM200TC's front panel. An overall system mute, switchable limiter, and extension cabinet output has been added to the XM200TC combo as well.
It all started with bass amplifiers. The first product Yorkville ever designed and built was an extremely reliable and affordable bass amp. For over 35 years, musicians have chosen Yorkville bass amplifiers for their great sound and durability. Working directly with players for over 4 decades, Yorkville engineers have learned about building rock solid bass amplification. Conceived by players, designed and built by Yorkville, we have had an incredibly successful run with The BassMaster Series.
The BassMaster series has undergone a radical redesign. New cabinet designs, including a switch to birch plywood, a radical new finish, and re-engineered electronics means improved performance.
Years of experience have proved that using MDF (medium density fiberboard) or particleboard for bass cabinets isn''t conducive to a long rattle-free life or great bass tone, therefore all Yorkville bass cabinets are made with a reinforced solid plywood cabinet construction. A full metal grille protects the high quality custom designed speaker components used in all Yorkville Bass cabinets. Built for years of rugged use and unmatched dependability, Yorkville is so sure of their design and manufacturing prowess and careful attention to detail that they cover all Yorkville extension speakers with a 2-year unlimited warranty.
Simple Flexibility & Dependable Quality Effective simplicity was the goal set for this line of amps. Active filtering circuits allow versatile tonal shaping with fewer knobs and switches. You can always get the sound you want quickly and easily from a Yorkville bass guitar amplifier.
Inside the chassis are high-grade glass epoxy circuit boards, low noise metal film resistors, phone jacks with gold plated contacts. Outside you will find heavy gauge metal speaker grilles with a retro-fashioned texture look, 3/4" plywood construction and a new harder painted finish. Select models are available in an ultra tough black carpet covering similar to that used o click here for more information... |

Yorkville BassMaster XS400TC 400 Watt 2X10 Bass Combo Amplifier Black
Yorkville
The Yorkville XS400TC is a 400 watt 2x10 inch bass combo amplifier with tweeter. The first major advance was to feature a Sovtek 12AX7A preamp tube at the input stage. Not content to stop there, Yorkville added a separate parallel tube overdrive circuit, and an innovative ''wet / dry'' balance control that allows bass guitar players to set the perfect blend of overdriven signal to clean bass tone. In short, you can add as much growl or as little tube warmth' to your overall electric bass sound as you need, while maintaining a clean tone underneath it all for definition and clarity. A switchable limiter and a compressor circuit with user definable threshold control has been added to the tube input circuit as well.
An improved 5-band EQ, with a semi-parametric mid control with a user definable frequency takes the place of the graphic EQ Yorkville used on higher power bass amps in the past. A new continuously variable Scoop' control was added to the XS400TC replacing the ''Contour'' switch used on previous Yorkville bass amps. The Scoop function sweeps from a flat frequency response to a mid-frequency dip at 300 Hz. As you increase beyond the 1/2-way point on the control you begin to boost both the top end and bottom end to your tone, in addition to further reducing the midrange level.
Other professional features added to Yorkville XS series bass amplifiers include a front panel wet / dry control for the effects return, footswitchable tube overdrive, footswitchable effects return and a pre / post selectable XLR balanced Tube DI output. Speakon and 1/4-inch extension speaker outputs have been added for the addition of an external bass cabinet, like the popular XC210, XC410, and XC115.
A feature unique and solely exclusive to the XS400C and XS400TC is the ''Tweeter Auto Mute'' switch located on the rear panel. Under normal operating conditions the tweeter will automatically shut off when the Tube Drive is activated, whether by front panel control or footswitch. This helps to reduce the harshness in the higher frequency range that is typical of an overdriven sound going through a tweeter. If you desire the tweeter to be active in the overdrive mode then simply press the switch to disengage the mute feature. This is very handy if you typically do not desire an overdrive sound and set the tube drive setting off, or the wet /dry all the way to dry. This will allow you to either be able to shut the tweeter completely off by activating the drive channel and the Tweeter Auto Mute both, or even further use the footswitch to give you on/off control of the tweeter.
A front panel tuner / mute switch has been added to all of the XS Series bass amplifiers. This mute silences the signal to the amplifier (and DI output) for silent tuning with the front panel mounted 1/4" tuner out jack.
The XS400TC is manufactured in a black ozite (carpet) finish for artists that prefer our rugged and reliable traditional cabinet covering. click here for more information... |

Yorkville XS800H 800 Watt Bass Head
Yorkville
You can add real tube overdrive to either clean signal path with an innovative balance control that lets you set the perfect blend of overdriven and clean signals. Lets you maintain clarity and definition while adding grunge or tube warmth. Solid-state output stage for pure, clean power. Variable-contour scoop, bass resonance, and compression controls, plus 5-band EQ with semi-parametric mid supply deep tonal command.
The Variable Contour Scoop sweeps from a flat frequency response through a mid-frequency dip at 400Hz. As you increase beyond the midway point on the control you begin to boost both the top and bottom end of your tone, in addition to further reducing the midrange level.
The Bass Resonance control regulates the damping factor of the output stage, allowing you to take full advantage of the cab's acoustic characteristic with tight, modern sound or looser vintage sound. Quiet, high-quality fans in a dual configuration eliminate the need for heavy heat sinks and keep the amp cool under the most grueling circumstances. The lack of heat sinks keeps its weight down to 25 lbs. Front panel tuner/mute switch lets you tune up quietly and mute the amp during breaks.
Other pro features include highly visible VU metering of the output signal, a front-panel wet/dry control for the footswitchable tube drive, footswitchable effects return with front panel wet/dry blend control, a pre/post selectable XLR balanced DI output with ground lift, and high power-handling Speakon extension speaker cabinet outputs plus 1/4" phono jacks.
Rugged, all-metal chassis and glass epoxy circuit boards mean it's seriously road tough. 2-year unlimited warranty. click here for more information... |

Zemaitis Custom Shop DF501-Dragon Electric Guitar Black
Zemaitis
Engraved Metalwork All metalwork on the Zemaitis Custom Shop DF501-Dragon Electric Guitar including the badge, truss rod cover, pickup mount rings, tailpiece, jackplate and the rear plate are designed by Danny O'Brien and produced by hand by master engravers.
Bridge / Tailpiece The bridge and tailpiece were designed by Tony Zemaitis for perfect intonation, ultimate sustain and tonality. Made of Duralumin and with the Zemaitis name beautifully engraved to match all of the metalwork.
Pickups Featuring DiMarzio DP103 pickups, which have a 'brushed-chrome' finish. The pickup mount rings are also made of Duralumin to complement the bridge.
Zemaitis Method Set-in Neck The neck joint is a critical part of a top-quality guitar. Tony Zemaitis only ever used glued-in joints. He experimented with various types of set-in neck joints with the aim of achieving the best possible results and designed a special technique where the neck was set further into the body than mainstream construction methods. The Zemaitis neck joint enables the neck and body to have more surface area in contact. This increases the durability of the whole guitar as well as enhancing string vibration, tone and sustain.
Neck / Scale 25" scale with a 3-piece Honduras mahogany construction as used by Tony Zemaitis for strength and stability. It has an ebony fingerboard with binding, precision frets and the perfect shaped neck for playability - all undertaken by experienced craftsman in the Zemaitis custom shop.
Electronics Without compromise, Zemaitis uses the best high quality low-noise components and wiring components available, include a dedicated pot' design. All of this ensures smooth control and durability for your Zemaitis guitars.
Hand-Polishing The finish is another key quality of the instrument. Tony had a special hand-finishing technique involving multiple coats of hand-applied lacquer and rubbing-down by hand in-between each coat.
This process takes 4-5 times longer than a typical 'spray finished' factory-guitar but it gives you the wonderful look and feel of a hand-built vintage guitar. Zemaitis continues this art of hand-finishing at a small custom shop where master craftsmen hand-polish each individual guitar.
Hand-polishing gives the guitar a silky touch which is unlike anything else - when played. Tony also chose this method because you get a very strong but thin coating. This enables the natural acoustic qualities of the wood to come through - so you get a better sound too!
Zemaitis Quality Custom Shop The highly experienced team of luthiers and technicians at the Zemaitis Custom Shop are proud to be reproducing the original high level of quality, sound and playability of Zemaitis.
They don't compromise on the cost of materials or time needed to get it right - they just want to give you the best guitars in the world. click here for more information... |

Engraved Metalwork All metalwork including the badge, truss rod cover, pickup mount rings, tailpiece, jackplate and the rear plate are designed by Danny O'Brien and produced by hand by master engravers.
